The Orb Phenomenon...
A growing controversy: An orb is a small, often semi-transparent circle of light found in photos. Many people who research the paranormal believe these orbs to be a visual form of energy being transferred to the spirit. According to the natural laws of physics, when energy is transferred like this it assumes its natural form, a sphere. This would also explain why we often get fluctuations on Electro-Magnetic Field (EMF) meters during spirit activity. They are gaining energy from our physical world and therefore changing the Electro-Magnetic Fields of our world. Other people, however, believe that these small circles of light have nothing paranormal to them but instead they are caused by dust, insects or moisture amongst other things reflecting the light. more...
Here is a collection of photos the team has collected from various investigations which we believe to be real orbs (not dust, bugs, moisture, smoke etc). None of these photos are to be copied. Photos submitted are still property of the guests that sent them in. We have obtained their permission to put these photos on our website and would like you to respect their wishes not to copy them.
With photos submitted by people who are not on the team, we add the description given to us by the person who submitted the picture. The teams only role on the process is checking to see if we think it is a real photo and uploading it for public viewing, if the submitter allows us to. The descriptions on these photos do not reflect the views of the team and what we see in the photos. We would also like to ask again that viewers of the website respect the submitters wishes in not copying these pictures. They remain property of the people who submit them.
